What's New:
Improved environment variable reading.
When converting paths in environment variables to short paths, non-ANSI characters are now accepted.
Also, even for unknown environment variables other than PATH, TEMP/TMP, COMSPEC, APPEND, etc., if
the value resembles a path (starting with AZ:\), an attempt is made to convert it to a short path.
The debugger has been fixed.
The INTBP fix from August 31, 2025, has been applied to each CPU core in the MAME version.
Also, when connecting via telnet, WILL ECHO is now sent from MS-DOS Player. This should
automatically be sent character by character (Character at Time) in Tera Term, etc.

- Added CUSTOM-BUTTONS mode for both sticks, allowing assignment of arbitrary keyboard keys. Useful for retro games with two players where non-standard keys are used. The ARROWS-LEFT-RIGHT mode has been removed;
